Petcare Resources
In this part of Idaho, access to low-cost veterinary care is a challenge. There’s a nationwide shortage of veterinarians, and everyone is stretched thin for resources. We want to focus on addressing the “resource desert” here in Eastern Idaho by seeking out the supplies to create a Pet Pantry.
Medical Resources
In this part of Idaho, access to low-cost veterinary care is a challenge. There’s a nationwide shortage of veterinarians, and everyone is stretched thin for resources. We hope to partner with area vets to enhance the existing spay-neuter voucher program in the area, as well as researching ways to increase access to low-cost vaccines and possibly mobile care so we can reach into communities that are too far from the nearest vet.
